BF Bassett and Findley’s newly formed management team that commenced trading in April 2011, consists of 6nr key personnel with a financial interest in the ongoing success of the Company.

Neil Griffiths, Managing Director, has over 20 years experience associated with the Company, started his career as an apprentice estimator, and developed skills and knowledge of all aspects of the business throughout his service.

Julie Spencer, Financial Director, having over 30 years of experience associated with the Company has a full understanding of the commercial needs of the modern and progressive business.

Chad Shakespeare, Production Director, with over 10 years associated experience implements continuous improvement methods in both manufacturing techniques and information processing to the workshop teams.

And shareholders to include Peter Steele – Contracts Manager, Paul Hooton – Estimating Manager and Darran Mindham – Factory Manager ensure that performance is maintained from start to finish.
